Antique Sterling Silver Concho Belt Southwest Old Pawn Large 10 Medallions Suede

This is a stunning piece of jewelry that was inherited. We have not polished in decades.

Measures 40 long in total. Each of the medallions are 2.5" long and 2" tall. There are 10 of them.
